Sheik by SpoonfishLee Sheik by SpoonfishLee
Fan art of Sheik from The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time, one of my all time favorite games. I made my own spin on her design, but hesitant in removing her mask, but I did so anyway because there's so much art of her with the mask on already. The setting is Gerudo Valley!

Approx. 30 hours of work

Check out the timelapse video here -> [link] ! Enjoy :)

I love this! The speed paint is amazing too! I'm trying to work on my digital art, but my tablet exploded. ;-;

Kinda. ^^; It's port is breaking, so whenever I use the pen, it draws a crazy line, like a two-year old swiping a mouse back and forth. XD

Juuust a bit. ^^; By the way, I'm sure that you get asked lots of questions about digital art, so sorry, but is there anything in particular that really made a difference in your coloring of the pics? Any certain style or coloring pattern?

The fundamentals of light and color theory can never be trained enough, and knowing them makes a world of difference :)

Lol. That works. Study the lights and shadows for 20 years like that one artist? XD I'm figuring it out. Looking at other peoples art is very helpful though. It helps me see how to put across certain techniques. (And see what not to do. XD)

I think all artists study light and shadow their entire lives! :)
